just catching up
today, so far:
my cellphone is still lost. somewhere inside rooms to go. i'm obsessively checking to see if anyone is making calls on it (they aren't) but it also hasn't been turned in at the store, so i assume that it's lost like a needle in a haystack - probably kicked under a bed or stuck in the cushion of a remote controlled recliner somewhere :)
it's not the book for you if you're squeamish, but it was really interesting. historical and funny and enlightening, so it gets a lot of stars from me. i just added her other book, Spook, to my paperbackswap wishlist, but maybe I can find it at library sooner than that. mmm nonfiction historical funny thoughts on ghosts - i can't wait!
also, if you ever loved Mystery Science Theater back in the day, you should really check out Rifftrax. Tonight we synced Attack of the Clones (omg, i forgot how AWFUL that movie was), and we've seen lots of others in the past. it's so fun to make fun of bad movies (and have an excuse to watch really old movies that you used to love - like Cocktail and Road House) and see what a dorkus you really were all those years ago. :P
yea, the wine is catching up with me, and i lost my train of thought. i'm so predictable.
